FCE Gomma joins the Angst+Pfister Group network as an independent unit. Customers of both companies will benefit from the companies' extended know-how and global networks.

The Angst+Pfister Group has acquired a majority stake in FCE Gomma Srl in Turate (CO), Italy. Its founding family, Restelli, will continue to run the company's operations and ensure continuity for customers and employees. According to the business model of the Angst+Pfister Group, FCE Gomma will be integrated as an independent unit and strengthen the Angst+Pfister production channel.


Real advantages for both sides

Angst+Pfister gains access to new market segments such as the electrical and electronics industries, thanks to FCE Gomma's expertise in the production of silicone elastomers, as well as other moulded and extruded rubber parts. At the same time, FCE Gomma benefits from the Angst+Pfister Group's product portfolio of high-performance materials and its well-established global customer network - an important added value for profitable growth. "Thanks to many shared values, this successful company fits perfectly into our performance-oriented business framework," says Christof Domeisen, CEO of the Angst+Pfister Group.<

FCE Gomma has positioned itself very well on the European market in recent years and supplies many well-known global players. The family business was founded in 1980 by Andrea Restelli and Carla Carnelli. Today it develops and produces high quality elastomeric parts for applications aimed at satisfying the demanding requirements coming from various industries. FCE Gomma has production facilities with injection molding and compression molding machines, extrusion lines and a compounding department.
